It may only have been back in 2021 this kernel of an idea was born, but it's been a key motivating factor for all that we've achieved to date at Parcel Pal.
While the company may be fledgling, Parcel Pal is underpinned by two Directors - Ian and Stewart - who have combined experience spanning over 20 years in the courier market place.
We've seen it all, we've done it all, we've lived and breathed the courier industry. We know what works, we certainly know what doesn't - and we definitely know what service excellence should look like.
Indeed, we'd like to say all the decades of experience in this field we've gathered are positive ones, but the reality is, that hasn't always been the case.
